My Office Setting
My home office is located in Valley Center, CA, a beautiful part of northern San Diego County. This setting offers the perfect opportunity for you to tune-out the noise of the outer-world, allowing you to focus your attention inwards and on your life circumstances.
I run a caring, respectful and efficient one-person practice. I handle everything including your scheduling, appointments, the billing process and, of course, conduct your therapy.
Online Psychotherapy
I also use Videoconferencing for online therapy. This allows you to have easy access and, of course, safety from virus transmission. Online therapy has been found to be as effective as face-to-face therapy in several studies. It is very easy to set up on your computer, tablet or phone.
